ATHENA HANDLing LTD - TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please read following terms and conditions before booking a place on one of our courses. Your place on the course will not be confirmed until we receive an acceptance via our forms, along with the course payment in full.
- The course has a large physical component, and the delegate must be fit and well enough to participate in the training exercises.
- The delegate must inform the trainer on the day if they have a concern or ailments that may prevent them from participating in any exercises, or the class.
- The delegate must not attend a class if they have tested positive for Covid -19 or has shown symptoms of Covid 19 in the 7 days leading up to the course attendance.
- The delegate must attend all 3 days of the course to be awarded a pass.
- If the delegate cancels their place no refund will be offered, they will be offered a place on another course. The delegate can also nominate another individual to take their place. That person must also sign and return the terms and conditions form and notify Athena Handling Ltd of the change in delegate.
- The delegate will act in a respectful and professional manner toward other delegates and training staff during the course. The delegate risks ejection from the course if their behaviour is unacceptable, following receipt of a warning from the trainer. If the delegate is ejected, no refund will be offered.
- The training room is a confidential and safe training area for all. Delegates are required to respect this.
- The delegate must attend the course dressed in comfortable clothes that reflect the physical nature of the training course, including footwear. Please contact Athena Handling Ltd if you require further guidance.
- Delegates are expected to arrive on time to attend each day of the course and must advise the trainer if they have any difficulties with this.
- The workbook must be completed and handed to the trainer at the end of the course.
- An e-certificate will be sent out to you once the workbook has been checked. If you are marked as a failure, you will be offered an opportunity to attend another course free of charge.
- Covid guidance
- All delegates must provide evidence of two Covid vaccine jabs before being allowed entry on any Athena Handling Ltd course/workshop. We recommend you download the NHS app on your smart phone and be ready to provide this evidence on arrival.
- Delegates will be required to provide their details including contact number.
- Delegates will be required to follow Covid 19 protocols as guided by the trainer/training lead on the day.
